1 c Butter

1 c Sugar

1 c Brown sugar

1 c Crushed cornflakes

1/2 c Shredded coconut

1/2 c Chopped pecans

1 Egg

1 c Oil

1 c Rolled oats

3 1/2 c Flour

1 ts Soda

1 ts Salt

1 ts Vanilla

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add oil and mix well. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut, pecans and vainlla. Add flour, soda and salt. Form int 1″ balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool on cookie sheets for a few seconds before removing. —–
