2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt

2/3 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Vinegar
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Water
Recipe by: Beverly Salinger, YMCG78A NOTE: Makes a 2-layer cake. Preheat oven to 350~. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl; dry in another. Grease tow 9″ circular cake pans. Combine wet and dry slowly and mix well. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
