2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups carrots — grated
1/2 cup string beans — diced(or other veggi
1/2 cup cabbage — diced
1/2 cup mushrooms — diced
1/2 cup broccoli — diced
1/2 cup onions — diced
1 clove garlic — (pressed)
3 tbsp flour — (give or take)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together – shape into patties. Brown patties on both sides – place in a baking pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
