1 pound turkey sausage

1 unbaked pie crust — (10 inch)

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon flour

4 eggs

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese — lightly

packed 1 1/2 cups skim milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

Paprika 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown and cook sausage in skillet over medium heat . Cut cooked sausage into small pieces and place in pie crust. Saute onion, spr inkle over sausage. Sprinkle flour over sausage and onion. Beat eggs slightly i n bowl. Add next 5 ingredients; pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with paprika. Bak e 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
