4 lb Whole-wheat flour

1 1/2 lb Granulated sugar

2 ts Salt

1 c Molasses

1 c Sesame seeds

4 c Milk

2 tb Baking powder

2 c Honey

1 1/4 c Vegetable oil

1 1/2 c Wheat germ

Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 4/7/97 Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Bake in a large roasting pan or in 2 jelly roll pans for approximately 1 hour. Note: High-protein bread originated with the French and was a staple for trappers and traders back to the 1700s. —–
