4 ea Tomatoes, cut into wedges

2 ea Avocadoes, peeled & pitted,

— cut into thin wedges 2 tb Lime juice

—————————–SWEET VINAIGRETTE—————————– 1/2 c Balsamic vinegar

1 ea Garlic clove, minced

3 tb Onion, grated

1 tb Sweetener

1/4 c Olive oil

Sprinkle tomato & avocado wedges with lime juice. On a serving platter, arrange laternate slices of tomato & aovcado in a pinwheel fashion. VINAIGRETTE: Whisk together vinegar, garlic, salt, onion & sweetener. Gradually pour in the oil & whisk to blend. Pour this vinaigrette over the wedges. Serve.
