2 ts Brown sugar
4 ts Tamari
2 tb Vegetable oil
2 ea Garlic cloves
1 ts Minced ginger
1 c Firm tofu, cubed
1/4 c Water
2 c Broccoli, chopped
2 ea Scallions, chopped
Jasmine rice Dissolve sugar in tamari & set aside. In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat. Stir fry ginger & garlic for 1 minute. Add tofu & water & cook for 2 minutes. Add tamari mixture to the wok & cook for 1 minute. Add broccoli & cook until tender-crisp. Mix in scallions & serve hot over rice.
