1 c flour
1/4 c cornmeal
1 1/4 c skim milk
1 t baking soda
2 c bran
1 t salt
1/2 c molasses
1 c raisins
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners. Bake 325F for 25 min.
