2 1/2 tb Garlic and herb dressing

100 g Chickpeas

100 g Black eye beans

100 g Flageolet beans

1 Medium red chilli

1/2 tb Chives

4 Chinese lettuce leaves

Salt and pepper to taste 1. Heat the dressing in a wok over a medium heat. Add the beans and

chilli and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the majority of the liquid has evaporated. Season to taste, and add chives. Divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves and serve.
