1 lb Ground Beef
1 c Fresh Salsa
1/2 ts Chili Powder
1/4 ts Cumin
Salt & Pepper To Taste In large skillet, brown beef. Drain. Stir in salsa, chili powder and cumin. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use beef mixture for tacos, tostadas or taco salads. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
