1 1/2 c Thick tomato sauce

3 tb Sweetener

1 tb Molasses

1 tb Olive oil

2 tb Soy sauce

1 ts Paprika

1 ts Chili powder

1 ts Mustard

1 ts Garlic powder

1 ts Oregano

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & mix well. Cover & let stand for at least 1 hour. Use to as a marinade for grilled seitan or tempeh. Nava Atlas, “Vegetarian Celebrations”
