1 16 oz pkg frozen broccoil, cauliflower, pea pods and
yellow peppers — thawed and drained 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
2 11/4 oz btls sweet and sour sauce
1 11 oz can Mandarin orange slices
1 8 oz can pineapple chunks in juice
3 cups raw converted white rice
2 cups water (up to 3 c)
In Crock-Pot combine vegetables, turkey, 1 bottle sweet and sour sauce, uncooke d white rice, and water. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or High 3 to 4 hours. In th e last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in canned fruit and second bottle of sweet a nd sour sauce. Serves 4
