3 Pounds Blade Steak — cut in bite-siz
2 Tablespoons Oil
4 Onions — chopped
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
3 Cups Boiling Water
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and brown the meat. Add the onion and cook until they are soft.
2. Add the salt and boiling water and cook, covered, for two hours.
3. Add the lemon juice and brown sugar, mix well, cover and cook for another hour. (Add more sugar if a sweeter taste is desired; more lemon if a sour taste is preferred.) Serve with fluffy rice.
Serves 6-8.
