3 oz Navy beans — cooked
3 oz Basmati rice — cooked
1 1/2 oz Butternut squash — cubed
1 1/2 oz Onion — chopped
1 1/2 oz Raisins
1 tb Safflower oil
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Garlic — minced
1/2 ts Salt
