1 c Sun dried apricots

1/2 c Pecans

3/4 c Unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 c Pre-cooked AM Bits-O-Barley

2 tb Lemon juice

2 tb Raw honey

Chopped nuts for rolling Put apricots, pecans, coconut and precooked Bits-O-Barley through blender. Remove from blender container and pour into a mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and honey.
