1 pk Sugarfree instant
Pudding (any flavor) 1 c Bisquick
1/4 c Oil
1 Egg
Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Push your thumb into each one to flatten a little. (I am going to try crisscrossing some fork lines ala peanut butter cookies the next time I bake these). Bake at 350 for about 5-8 min. —–
