1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs
2 tb Flour
3/4 c Cheddar cheese; shred
3/4 c Swiss cheese; shred
1/3 c Green onions; slice
Salt and pepper 1 Pie crust
Brown ground chuck in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and flour in bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in browned beef, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is brown. —–
