1 1/3 c Water
1 c Steel Cup Oats
1 t Blackstrap Mollasses
1/2 c Dried currants
1/4 c Crushed pineapple
1 t Cinammon
1 t Nutmeg
2 t Brown sugar
Boil water, oats, mollasses, currants, sugar. Turn down flame. Add remaining ingredients. Stir occasionally. Remove when all liquid has been absorbed – around 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
