1/4 c Light brown sugar
1/4 c Dark brown sugar
1/2 c Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Flour
1/8 ts Soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ginger
2 sm Apples; peeled, cored,
– sliced Cream butter, sugars and eggs. Mix in rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased pie tin. Bake at 350~ for 30-35 minutes or until cake starts to shrink from the side of pan. Per serving. 104 calories. —–
