3 tb Olive oil
3 ea Garlic cloves, chopped
15 ea Fresh basil leaves
2 lb Ripe tomatoes, diced
Salt Juice of 1 orange 2 dr Tabasco sauce
1 lb Spaghetti
Heat 2 tb olive oil with the garlic & half the basil leaves until the garlic colours. Add tomatoes & salt. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, 15 to 20 minutes.
