-O.Evans VPRJ01A 1 Slice dried galanga, soaked
For 20 minutes 3 Stalks fresh lemon grass,
Bruised 2 Kaffir lime leaves
2 md Stalks coriander with roots
5 Guinea peppers lightly
Pounded w/ mortar 1 tb Roasted chili sauce
6 c Chicken stock
10 oz Med shrimp, shelled
1 oz Straw mushrooms
2 tb Fish soy
1 1/2 tb Sugar
Lemon juice Place all soup ingredients except last 3 in a pot over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and mushrooms and just return to a boil. Mix in seasonings. Garnish with green onion
