170 g Lentils

1 Medium carrot

4 Garlic cloves, halved

1/4 Chopped onion

60 ml Olive oil

190 g Canned peeled tomatoes

Sea salt Black pepper Boil the lentils for 5 minutes Empty the water and add 500ml of water Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 10 minutes Add all the other ingredients and allow to cook on a low heat until all the ingredients are tender (takes about an hour or so) Serve when thick Posted by Kaz Dunkley
