1/4 lb Ground chicken
1/4 lb Ground pork
1/4 lb Ground beef – lean
1/4 c Whole milk
2 Eggs – lightly beaten
1/2 c Breadcrumbs
1/2 c Honey
Pepper and salt to taste ———————————–GLAZE———————————– 2 tb Hot mustard
1 ts Garlic – crushed
1/4 c Apricot jam

Shape into a loaf and put in pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread over top of loaf. Sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs. Bake in 325F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Servings: 6
