1/2 c Butter; softened

3/4 c Sugar

2 c Bisquick baking mix

1/2 c Nuts; chopped

1/2 ts Almond extract

Confectioners’ sugar Recipe by: 1971 Bisquick cook book Heat oven to 375 degrees Cream butter and sugar. Stir in baking mix, nuts and almond extract. Shape dough by level teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10-12 mins. Cool slightly before removing from baking sheet. While warm, roll each ball in confectioners’ sugar. 6 dozen. Paula Tolbert —–
