2 c All-purpose flour
2 c Pecans; finely chopped
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 c Butter; softened
1 ts Vanilla
Powdered sugar for rolling Recipe by: Land O Lakes Cookie Collection Heat oven to 325. In large mixer bowl, combine flour, nuts, granulated sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, 3-4 minutes. Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until very lightly browned. Remove immediately. Roll in powderwhile still warm and again when cool. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. —–
