1 tb Oil

1 Onion; chopped

1/2 Green bell pepper

1/2 c Water

1 Stalk celery

1 c Soy beans; chopped

1/2 c Ketchup

1/8 c Vinegar

1 ts Salt

1/2 ts Black pepper

1 ts Chili powder

1/2 ts Dry mustard

1 ts Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions, pepper and celery in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat through. Serve on buns. From Deeanne’s recipe files
