3 lb Ground beef

2 tb Shortening

1 c Onion; chopped

1 c Celery; diced

1 ea Green pepper; chopped

1 ea Garlic clove;lg,minced

2 tb Worcestershire sauce

1 c Catsup

3 ea Beef bouillon cubes; crushed

1/2 ts Paprika

1/4 ts Pepper

1 cn Tomato paste; 6 0z.

1 1/4 c Water

3 tb Vinegar

3 ts Brown sugar

1 ts Dry mustard

Heat shortening in skillet and brown meat, discard fat. Combine all ingredients in removable liner, stirring well. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours; or high 3-4 hours; or auto 5 hours. Serve over warmed burger buns or noodles.
