1/2 lb Shrimp,cleaned
2 tb Butter
1 1/2 c Water
1 – 10 oz pkg. green peas
1 pk French’s Spice Your Rice
-Chicken and Herb Flavor -seasoning 1 1/2 c Rice
4 oz Cooked ham,cut into thin
-strips 1/2 c Sliced ripe olives
2 tb Lemon juice
1 c Halved cherry tomatoes
Saute shrimp in melted butter,2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.Add water,peas and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.Cover,remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with fork.Makes 4 servings.
