2 lb Lean ground beef

1 pk Dry onion soup mix

1 1/2 c Water

Hot mashed potatoes Place ground beef in large mixing bowl. Combine onion soup mix and water. Pour 1/2 cup soup mixture over ground beef; gently mix to blend. Shape into an 8 inch round patty in large skillet. Pour remaining soup mixture over top. Cover an cook over medium heat for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired doneness. Cut into 6 wedges.
