1 1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs

1/4 c Sugar

1/3 c Butter or margarine —

Melted 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk

3 lg Eggs

1/4 c Lemon juice

8 oz Sour cream — room

Temperature 2 8oz cream cheese-softened

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring form pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Just before serving, remove side of springform pan. Top with strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers. Recipe By : Favorite Brand Name Cookbook —–
