5 Feet small hog or sheep
-casings 5 lb Turkey meat-15% fat
2 ts Whole fennel seed
2 ts Crushed fennel seed
2 ts Crushed red pepper-optional
2 ts Salt, or to taste
2 ts Black pepper
1 ts Garlic powder
-OR- 2 cl Very finely minced garlic
