1 ea Garlic clove, crushed

1 ts Salt

1/2 ts Dry Mustard

1/4 ts Pepper

2 tb Parsley, chopped

3 tb Lemon juice

1/4 c Oil

1 lb Shrimp, large, peel & devein

1 x Rice, cooked, hot

Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil, brushing with marinade 4 inches from heat until done. Serve with rice. From “A Taste of Indiana” formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
