2 garlic cloves, — minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can (28-oz.) plum tomatoes in puree
3/4 pound cleaned medium shrimp
** PASTA ** 1 pound penne or other pasta
Cook garlic cloves, salt and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds. Add tomatoes in puree, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout. Typed by Ethel Snyder <essie49@juno.com> Date August 17, 1997
