1/2 lb Linguini
Water for boiling 1 pn Salt
3 ea Scallions, sliced
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sesame oil
1 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 ts Red pepper, optional
2 ts Toasted sesame seeds
Break linguini in half. In a medium pot, cook linguini in boiling salted water till al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain. Combine linguini with remaining ingredients & serve warm or at room temperature. Nava Atlas, “Vegetariana”
