2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
4 Teaspoons flour
1 1/2 Cups half and half
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Package Louis Kemp Crab Delights — about 8 ounces
6 Ounces cooked fettucini
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley — chopped
1 Pound broccoli flowerets
Melt butter, stir in flour. Gradually add half-and-half, stir until thickened. Add parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in crab, heat three minutes, stir occasionally. Stem broccoli just until tender. Toss fettucini and broccoli with sauce, sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
