1 c Water — plus
1/3 c Water — (only if needed)
3 tb Olive Oil
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Cornmeal
1 c Whole-Wheat Flour
2 c Flour
1 tb Yeast
1 c Pizza Sauce
1 c Mozzarella Cheese — grated
Place all dough ingredients in the machine and program for dough and first rise. At the end of final cycle remove the dough to a lightly oiled work space, cover it with a clean towel, and let rest 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 475?F. Roll the dough out to 14″ circle on pan or pizza peel. Spread the sauce in a thin layer over the dough. Sprinkle on the cheese. Slide into oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Source: Pizza Etc.
