1/4 c Chopped Fresh Cilantro

– Leaves 2 md Tomatoes, Chopped

1 sm Serrano or Jalapeno Pepper

– Peeled, Seeded and Minced 1/4 c Chopped Onion

1 Minced Garlic Clove

1/2 ts Red Wine Vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or Mexican foods. Great in guacamole. Makes approximately 1 cup. Typed by Syd Bigger.
