3 Hard-boiled eggs, mashed

1 c Smoked salmon, flaked

1 ts Vinegar

2 tb Mayonnaise

3 tb Pimiento, chopped

From: Al Martin salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients until well blended and chill. Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables, chips or crackers. Salmon Cheese Ball 4 cups smoked salmon 1 8 oz. package cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 t.

salt 1 t. pepper 1 pinch tarragon 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 T. lemon juice Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley if desired. Serve with crackers. This salmon ball freezes beautifully.
