2 1/4 c Flour

1 ts Baking soda

1/2 ts Salt

2/3 c Peanut butter

1/2 c Shortening

1 1/2 c White sugar

2 Eggs; extra large

2 tb Milk

1 ts Vanilla

2 c Chocolate chips

Beat peanut butter, shortening and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and chips. Mix well. Drop dough by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes. —–
