1 jar Pizza Quick Sauce — Traditional
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese — Finely shredded
8 ounces Muenster cheese — Finely Shredded
8 ounces Provolone cheese — Finely Shredded
8 ounces Cheddar cheese, mild — Finely Shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese — grated
8 ounces pepperoni slices — OR
1 pound sausage meat — J.C. Potter mild
1/2 green pepper — chopped
1/2 onion — chopped
8 ounces mushrooms — drained
1 batch Lisa’s Pizza Dough — prepared as directed
1. Crumble sausage in a medium saucepan, and cover with 2 inches of water, put on lid. Gently boil sausage over low heat, crumbling with fork occasionally. When cooked through, drain, rinse and drain thoroughly. Set aside. 2. Mix all the cheeses in a large mixing bowl. 3.Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of cheese over prepared pizza dough, top with 1 and 1/2 to jars of Pizza Quick. 4. Sprinkle on cheese, sausage (or pepperoni), green peppers, onion and mushrooms. 5.Bake according to dough recipe.
