2 c Flour
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Salt
1 cn Cherry pie filling; 21 oz
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c Chopped nuts
Recipe by: J. J. Biel, Cuyahoga Co., OH Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, soda, cinnamon & salt. Mix well. Stir in pie filling, chocolate chips & nuts. Pour into a greased & floured 9-cup bundt pan. Bake about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes & then remove from pan. When completely cool, frost with your favorite chocolate icing & sprinkle with chocolate chips. —–
