2 c Cooked AM Medium Brown Rice

1/2 c Leftover cooked cereal

-OR- AM Corn Grits — (Yellow or White) 1/4 c AM Toasted Garbanzo Flour

-OR- other flour 1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)

1 Egg; beaten OR…

1/4 c -Water

3 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
