2 c Fantastic Foods instant

Refried Beans, prepared According to package Directions 1/2 c Stock or water, if needed

1 c Cooked rice

1 c Toasted sesame seeds

2 tb Nutritional yeast

1/4 c Tamari

1/4 ts Oregano

1/4 ts Thyme

1/2 c Raw grated carrots

2 c Rolled oats or bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Freeze, then take out and fry or bake. Mustard can be added for a different taste. Makes 10-12 burgers. Submitted by Jo Ann L.
