2 Green apples; slice

4 tb Butter

3 Eggs

1/2 c Milk

1/2 c Flour

1/8 lb Butter; 1/2 stick

1/4 c Sugar

1 tb Cinnamon; mix with sugar

Lemon Saute apples in a skillet with 4 tb butter until soft. Place in a pie plate or quiche dish. Mix together eggs, milk, and flour. Pour mixture over apples and bake at 450 degrees until it puffs up and browns around edges, about 10 minutes. Melt remaining butter and pour over baked panckes. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture and return to oven for 5 minutes. Squeeze lemon over it and serve.
