8 oz Cream Cheese; Room Temp.

1/3 c Raisins or Currants

1/2 t Ginger

1/4 t Salt

2 T Chutney; Chopped

4 T Sherry; Medium Dry

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a T at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
