Quiche: 2 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/4 C. flour

4 eggs — slightly beaten

1 1/2 C. milk

1/2 Tsp. salt

1 Dash cayenne

1 unbaked pastry shell — (9-inch)

Spanish Sauce: 1/2 C. chopped green pepper

1/2 C. celery slices

1/2 C. onion — chopped

1 C. catsup or chili sauce

Quiche: Toss cheese with flour. Add eggs, milk and seasonings and mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Cut into wedges and top with Spanish Sauce. Sauce: Heat vegetables in catsup until crisp-tender.
