4 oz Velvetta cheese — cubed
12 oz Chicken
4 ts Lite margarine
1 Onion — chopped
1 sm Can of green chilies —
Drained 14 oz Canned stewed tomatoes —
Chopped 4 ts Cornstarch
1 1/2 cn Chicken broth
4 Corn tortillas
Salt & pepper — to taste Garlic powder — to taste 1. In a non-stick pan, saut? chicken and onion in margarine until
done. 2. Add cornstarch and 1 cup broth. Cook 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/2 cup broth, tomatoes, green chilies and cook until thick.
4. In a casserole dish layer tortillas, cheese, and chicken mixture.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
