-ELAINE RADIS BGMB90B 1 c Butter; or margarine,

-softened 3/4 c Brown sugar; packed

3/4 c Sugar

1 Egg

1 ts Vanilla extract

2 c All purpose flour

1 c Quick cooking oats

1 ts Baking soda

1 ts Ground cinnamon

1 c Pumpkin; canned or fresh

1 1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars. Beat

in egg and vanilla. 2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon;

stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. 3. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls

onto greased baking sheets. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until
