1 c Flour
2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Honey
2 tb Oil
1/2 c Milk
1 t Vanilla
Topping—– 3/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa
Sift the first four ingredients together. Mix the next four ingredients together. Combine the two and place in a 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over the top of the pan, do not stir. Bake at 3350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Recipe By : The Pennsylvania State Beekeepers Association From: “Dax C.
