8 loin pork chops

10 ounces frozen lima beans

1 large apple — chopped

2 cans cream of mushroom soup — undiluted

1 teaspoon dried sage

salt and pepper — to taste

Brown pork chops in large skillet. Drain and cool on paper towel. Meanwhile run cold water over the lima beans to separate them (do not thaw them). Mix togeth er all ingredients except the pork chops and place in freezer bag. Add chops to the freezer bag and freeze.

When thawed, bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour.

Summary of processes: chop: 1 large apple freeze in: large freezer bag serve with: mashed potatoes (don’t waste that good gravy) and spicy apple sauce .
